The top two floors of an eleven-storey commercial building are fully renovated within a short deadline incorporating sustainable solutions.
This 21,000-square-foot commercial space was retrofitted to accommodate multiple work spaces and amenities with efficient workflow and quality user experience in keeping with the client’s design standards. Multiple modifications were made to absorb noise, to achieve energy-efficient lighting, heating and cooling, and to meet high-level security requirements.
The successful outcome of this project gained a sense of trust and resulted in additional projects with the National Bank of Canada throughout the country.
The 40-person boardroom was positioned to capture city views.
This custom kitchen creatively incorporates the clients standard materials and finishes.
Custom motorized blinds were designed to fit both vertical and angled windows.
Interior work spaces benefit from daylight filtering through the exterior offices’ glass wall.
