Stony Mountain Institution Kitchen
To improve function and meet revised health-related requirements, the 1,200-square-metre kitchen at Stony Mountain Institution required a thorough redesign. Renovations took place in a challenging campus infrastructure. Construction occurred in three phases while one-third of the kitchen remained operational.
