A residential expansion and revitalization of an existing apartment tower complex originally constructed in the 1960s.

The Port de Mer redevelopment builds upon an established residential community by introducing new housing, enhanced public spaces, and improved connections to the surrounding neighbourhood. The project includes additions to the existing residential towers, new townhouse units facing the adjacent park, and upgraded pedestrian pathways that improve accessibility and connectivity throughout the site. By increasing housing diversity, enhancing resident amenities, and strengthening links to public transit and active transportation networks, the redevelopment aims to modernize the complex while creating a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable residential community for current and future residents.
