An addition to a life-lease housing project incorporating 48 wheelchair-accessible luxury suites, a new entry, lobby, and common room. Mechanical and electrical services were integrated and updated.

Riverside Lions Estates
This 121-unit apartment building was designed for barrier-free use at a time when building codes did not address the specialized design needs of people with physical or other disabilities. This project, the largest of its kind in Canada at the time, called for significant research and development.

Development of a more welcoming and accessible entrance for this 300-unit midcentury apartment building. Additional work included assessment and repair of the buildings’ deteriorating exterior cladding.

Pocket Suites Affordable Housing
Five non-traditional apartment buildings, each fitted with eight compact apartments, are located on infill sites and sit comfortably in existing neighbourhoods.

Webbsite Condominiums
This seven-unit condominium is built on a narrow city lot. A newly created street affords grade-level entries to every unit. Custom design cladding is unique to this project.

Royal Lake Cabins
Subdivision planning minimized the impact of development on the existing forest. Five individual cabin plans were designed to fit comfortably into 36 lots. Each cabin has a beautiful view of the lake.
